Gerard is a partner and corporate and company attorney with La Gro, and works with clients in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. He takes pride in assisting entrepreneurs and directors in complex legal matters, providing clarity and keeping matters manageable and then clearly recording the agreements or points of view. Bespoke assistance rather than templates, and this in respect of all manner of contract negotiations, assisting in acquisitions and mergers, shareholder agreements, including agreements to resolve shareholder disputes, proceedings in respect of legal entities (once dissolved), etc.

  • Chairman of Stichting Cornelis Penceelfonds in Leiden (financial support for the social work done by the Radius Foundation in Leiden)
  • Involved in a family trust that invests and participates to promote sustainability in business operations
