About Lisa

Lisa van Baarsel has been working in employment law since 2021 and joined La Gro’s employment law team in June 2025. Lisa has been active in the healthcare sector since the start of her career. She has advised various hospitals and other healthcare institutions on employment law and provided assistance where necessary.

Lisa is a committed and accessible lawyer who values a strong relationship of trust with her clients. Clients feel at ease and listened to when they work with her. Lisa believes it is important to know what really matters to her clients and is therefore able to come up with pragmatic and practical solutions that feel right for the client. She combines an open and approachable attitude with strong legal analytical skills and knows exactly when to take decisive action. At the same time, Lisa is sharp, critical, decisive, and not afraid to take a firm stance when it is in the best interests of her clients.
