With years of experience in Facility Management and ICT, Nicole has gained extensive expertise in creating and managing efficient, safe and future-proof work environments. Her career is dedicated to optimising business processes and facilitating technology to ensure a seamless, productive working environment.
As Facility Manager, Nicole has managed a wide range of responsibilities from day-to-day maintenance of buildings and facilities to strategic planning and project management. Nicole has experience managing large-scale projects, such as the move to our new location in The Hague, renovations and the implementation of sustainable solutions. Her focus is always on improving the working experience for employees, increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
In her role as ICT specialist, she has worked on the implementation and management of various IT systems and infrastructures. Her skills include network management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and the integration of technologies that ensure organisational productivity and security.
