About Anke
Anke is a lawyer/partner at La Gro in the areas of Administrative Law and Data & privacy. She advises and litigates (mainly for public authorities) on a variety of administrative law and privacy matters mainly in the areas of undermining, public order, data processing in partnerships, the Open Government Act (Woo) and secrecy.
Anke herself worked at a large municipality for several years and experiences this as an advantage when advising municipalities. She knows how things work within a municipality and she is well versed in politically sensitive files.

- Advising (and litigating on behalf of) public authorities in respect of closures of homes and businesses under 13b Opium Act or the Municipalities Act where data sharing issues play a role.

- Advising (and litigating on behalf of) public authorities on Woo requests (Open Government Act) in highly politically sensitive cases where some or all of the information is subject to secrecy.
