About Dewi
Dewi has been an attorney at law with La Gro since 2020 and specialises in procurement and construction law. She frequently conducts litigation and advises on a wide range of procurement and construction law matters. She does so for both tenderers and contracting authorities. Dewi strategically and legally assists tenderers when submitting a tender. She also assists contracting authorities in setting up (complex) procurement procedures. In doing so, she enjoys working in close teamwork with the contracting authority. Within construction law, Dewi focuses in particular on cases at the interface of construction and procurement law, especially where contracting for construction projects, project or area developments are concerned.
Dewi is a passionate lawyer. She performs her work with a smile and room for humour. Clients appreciate Dewi for her enthusiasm, ‘less chat, more action’ mentality and genuine interest.

- Setting up and supervising various (private and public) procurement and tendering processes, such as staff hiring, ICT management, area development and payroll.
- Advising and litigation representation of a listed company on various procurement law issues in the IT sector
- Advising and assisting various companies in submitting a tender for a (government) contract on behalf of housing associations and contracting authorities.
- Litigation representation of various tenderers and contracting authorities with regard to, inter alia, exclusion of tenderers, evaluation of tenders, justification of award decisions, withdrawal of tender procedures, suitability requirements, award criteria and abnormally high or low tenders.
- Drafting procurement and tendering policies for municipalities, housing associations, healthcare institutions and Social Workplace organisations.
