Fabio has been an attorney with La Gro since 2018, advising and conducting litigation in respect of various types of national and international commercial contracts. He also assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, and advises and conducts litigation in respect of all manner of corporate law disputes and corporate governance matters (including directors’ liability and shareholder disputes).
