Michelle is an employment, healthcare and ESG Attorney at Law with La Gro and provides legal advice to healthcare organizations and employers on a variety of HR-related and other matters, including in the areas of reorganization, dismissal cases, greening of contracts and employment terms and conditions, Contract Law, healthcare compliance, medical scientific research, and Medical Disciplinary Law. She is the firm’s key person for matters requiring specialist knowledge of healthcare-specific laws and regulations. She is a driven, dedicated and approachable attorney. She conducts litigation but also enjoys acting as a sparring partner for her clients, providing practical solutions that align with their perspective. Michelle is a member of the Dutch Healthcare Law Association (VGR).
