About Rachida 

Rachida has been an attorney with La Gro since 2017. She works in the area of civil real estate law, in particular tenancy law, in the company’s Real Estate Division. She runs a combined advisory and litigation practice, assisting mainly local authorities and businesses. Rachida is a dedicated and approachable attorney who likes to go the extra mile for her clients. Bearing her clients’ wishes in mind, she combines all these attributes to work purposefully towards a solution.

  • Civil property law: advising in the area of construction disputes, arbitration cases in the building industry, purchase of property, easements, ground lease, apartment rights, and statutory rights and duties between neighbours;
