About Reinout
Reinout has been an attorney since 2016 and joined La Gro in 2022. He is particularly involved in area development, real estate, and liability law, and is also a Supreme Court attorney. He advises and conducts litigation in cases involving expropriation, losses resulting from government planning decisions, tolerance obligations, public sector liability, public sector contracts, and public-private partnerships, representing local authorities as well as businesses and private individuals.

- Expropriation law: acted on behalf of both local authorities and expropriators throughout the expropriation process, including expropriation proceedings regarding 300+ hectares of agricultural land;
- Real estate: advised and conducted litigation in respect of matters involving inheritance and building rights, drafting contracts when buying and selling real estate;
- Liability law: advised and conducted litigation on matters including professional liability and public sector liability.
